Recently I purchased paintings I could not really afford but there were several reasons. I was a gallery owner for several years—both on-line and store front. I loved the artists I represented–still do. One of my favorites was and is Steven Chandler. It is his works I purchased. I had actually sold some of them to the gallery owner I purchased them back from. —-To be a happy, successful gallery owner, it must not be about money. It must be about the art—loving the art and the person who created it. You, the gallery owner must want that artist to be successful.
